This hotel is pretty standard, but I really liked its central location right next to Agnes Falls and Wilson's Prom, along with the local areas nearby. 🌳.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location throughout the park was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views all around. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The sitting area and dining table provided a comfortable space to relax and enjoy our meals. We also appreciated the patio with garden furniture, perfect for soaking up the sunshine. The hotel provided free toiletries and all the necessary cookware and kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room. The outdoor dining area and picnic tables were a great spot to enjoy meals while taking in the scenery. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our every need was met.

The hotel had great facilities such as a kids' playground and a swimming pool. Additionally, the staff was very helpful when I called to let them know we would be arriving late and made arrangements for us. The location was perfect for our needs as it was extremely close to the places we wanted to show our interstate visitors.
Liked everything.

Great facilities and location. Wonderful cabins and amazing staff! the indoor heated pool and camp kitchen are top-notch. the playgrounds and mini-golf are perfect for families with kids. the campsite maintained cleanliness all day. the location is near some great hiking trails and shops.
The lighting in the bathroom was dull and the heating needs improvement. the wifi signal in the cabins was not strong enough.

Pleasant surroundings, easy access to tourist spots
We recently spent a weekend at a tourist park in South Gippsland and enjoyed the lush surroundings and easy accessibility to beautiful tourist spots. The park had well-maintained facilities, including a nice little pool and a play area for kids. Our cabin was simple but comfortable, and we appreciated the clean towels and linen provided. The park was located within a short drive to popular sites such as Agnes Falls and the Prom, making it a convenient base for exploring the region.
The positive aspects of the park were overshadowed by poor customer service and less than satisfactory accommodation. The old utensils and appliances provided seemed to be barely usable and needed updating.

We stayed in a lovely cabin that was located next to a tennis court, which was great as we wanted to play some tennis with our visitors from interstate. the park itself was also located up the hill, which gave us a nice view of the surroundings. We found that there were quite a few things to see in the area around the park, making it a good base for exploration.
The cleanliness of the cabin was not quite up to par. There were some hairs in the shower and the floors could have been cleaner.
